Dimora Bufalefi ist ein großzügiges und komfortables Landhaus mit privatem Pool in ruhiger und sonniger Lage nahe Noto. Eingebettet in ein wunderschönes Landgut mit biologisch angebauten Oliven-, Mandel- und Zitronenbäumen, bietet die Villa einen herrlichen Swimmingpool (5x12 m), mit zwei Badezimmern mit Dusche ausgestattet, sowie große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Terrassen mit Blick auf die sanfte Landschaft. Diese Bereiche laden zum Entspannen und zum Genießen von Frühstück und Mittagessen im Freien ein. Die kürzlich renovierte Anlage bietet Platz für insgesamt 14 Personen und besteht aus einem Hauptgebäude mit großem Wohnbereich und Küche sowie drei separaten Apartments mit jeweils eigener Küche. Der angrenzende, barrierefreie Anbau umfasst eine Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Villa verfügt über Heizung und Klimaanlage (in allen Räumen), WLAN, Smart-TV (8), Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler (2), Elektroöfen (3), Mikrowelle (1), Espressomaschinen (5), Filterkaffeemaschine, Kühlschränke (5), Heißluftfritteusen (3), Grill und einen privaten Parkplatz. Dimora Bufalefi ist ideal für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden und ist gleichzeitig ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt, um die charmanten Barockstädte des Val di Noto, die charakteristischen Küstenorte Marzamemi und Portopalo di Capo Passero, das Naturschutzgebiet Vendicari und die herrlichen Strände im Südosten Siziliens zu erreichen, die nur wenige Kilometer entfernt liegen.

Dear Bufalefi family, our two-week holiday in southern Sicily at Dimora Bufalefi has been truly wonderful. We were a group from Denmark - four parents, two daughters, two sons and two daughters in law, in age from 23 to 67 - and we thoroughly enjoyed the many lovely facilities the property has to offer: comfortable, well-appointed rooms, a well-functioning kitchen, a fantastic pool, the grilling/barbecue area, a ping pong table and access to the estate's own herbs, vegetables and lemons. We especially appreciated the warmth and helpfulness the owner family showed us throughout our stay, as well as the wonderful recommendations you gave us for sights and places to visit in the local area.
