Gira Sole ist eine schöne Villa mit Swimmingpool, die nur wenige Schritte vom herrlichen Sandstrand von Fontane Bianche entfernt ist, einem beliebten Badeort südlich von Syrakus. Die Villa ist ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer und ist von einem großzügigen, gepflegten Garten mit geräumigen, gut ausgestatteten Terrassen umgeben, die die perfekten Orte für das Leben im Freien sind. Die komfortablen Innenräume, die geschmackvoll in einer angenehmen Mischung aus antiken und modernen Möbeln eingerichtet sind, umfassen im Erdgeschoss ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer aus führt eine großartige Massivholztreppe in die erste Etage, auf der sich das vierte Schlafzimmer und das dritte Badezimmer befinden. Die Villa ist außerdem mit Klimaanlage, Wi-Fi, zwei Fernsehern, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Außendusche ausgestattet. Die strategische Lage von Gira Sole ist nicht nur bequem, um zu Fuß den Strand und das Meer zu erreichen, sondern auch für den Besuch der schönsten Orte Ostsiziliens wie Syrakus, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, des Naturschutzgebietes Vendicari und der Küstendörfer Portopalo und Marzamemi, sowie Taormina und des Ätna-Parks.

From the beginning, Federica made it easy for us to feel at home here. She explained everything we needed to know and provided maps and a taxi contact. She was easily contactable and really helpful – she recommended a trip to Ortigia and even made reservations for a boat trip that we all enjoyed. Ci siamo trovati, molto bene….. come a casa! La casa signorile, arredamento un po’ vecchiotto. La signora Federica ,ci ha accolto deliziosamente facendoci trovare bibite , frutta , caffè e generi alimentari di primo ristoro . Il mare sotto casa molto bello e la piscina indispensabile. Torneremo!
